Fruit–peeling plant was commissioned and produced the first run. It was a company whose history and tradition is continued by «AGROMIR» LLC.
Throughout its existence, the Company has been constantly developing and modernizing; it acquired the latest manufacturing equipment. In particular, during the independence years, the Company purchased production lines for production of juice concentrates, purees and pastes manufactured by «BucherBeuer AG» (Switzerland), «BertuzziS.p.a» (Italy), as well as «MembraflovFiltersystem» (Germany).
Modernization of production process has become possible due to investments made by foreign founders of the Company to a large extent.
In 2009, the Company passed the certification procedure on Quality Control System of ISO 9001:2008.
In 2011 the Company acquired, installed and brought into operation the equipment of TetraPakService SA (Switzerland) on production and bottling of neat fruit and vegetable juices and nectars into packages of 0.2 and 1 liter.
At the present moment, on plant capacity of «AGROMIR» LLC such well-known in our Republic juice brands as «BLISS» and «MEVA JUICE», as well as canned products under «MARINELLE» and «AGROMIR» brands belonging to the enterprise are being produced. At the same time, the holders of such famous brands as «LORADO» and «CORRADO» can be reckoned among the buyers of canned products made by the enterprise.
The next largest enterprise of the group is LLC «GAZALKENT MEVA», located in Tashkent region. This company dates back to 1943 when, during the Great Patriotic War, manufacturing capacities were evacuated from the city of Grozny to Uzbekistan. Prior to 1991, the Company had been known as "Gazalkentskiy konservniy zavod".
In 2008 the composition of Company’s founders was replenished by a foreign investor; and the company gained the status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In 2008 as part of Company modernization, «BucherBeuer AG» Company (Switzerland) installed and put into operation equipment for production of concentrated apple juice.
Since that time majority of products manufactured by the Company has been shipping for export to the CIS countries.
In 2010, the company passed the certification procedure on Quality Control System ISO 9001:2008.
Currently, the company is engaged in production of concentrated juices, purees and pastes, as well as licenses canned products under t «MARINELLE» and «AGROMIR» brands.
LLC «AGROMIR ZARKENT» located in Parkent district, Tashkent region, started its operation process, from the moment when "Zarkent" wine-producing center was commissioned.
In 2006 the foreign company has become the founder of the enterprise.
In the period from 2006 to 2008, the company faced reconstruction of the existing and construction of new storage facilities, laboratories, and the modernization of production by obtaining and installing the equipment for the production of wine materials from DELLA TOFFOLLA Company (Italy). The implemented measures enabled the best use of advanced experience in this field and, accordingly, significant improvement of the product's quality.
In 2010 the quality of the products manufactured by the enterprise is confirmed by the received certificate of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008.
Currently, the major part of the products is shipped for export.
Relatively young companies - producers of concentrated juices, purees and pastes in the group of companies «AGROMIR» are deemed to be Bukhara and Namangan bracnhes of AGROMIR JUICE” LLC. Their history goes back to 2002.
Moreover, in 2002 with a Decision of the Shareholder’s Meeting «ChustGoldenFruitltd.» LLC was created in the city of Chust ,Namangan region Chust.
At a time of establishment of the Company its property basis was comprised of the property of procurement agricultural base of the city of Chust, purchased by the Company on stock exchange.
In 2003, in connection with entering of a foreign investor into the Shareholder’s composition the Company received a status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In the very year the Company established and put into operation modern Italian equipment of «AlbertoBertuzziSpA» Company for production of fruit puree and tomato paste.
Bukhara branch of LLC "AGROMIR", located in Bukhara region, starts its activity on the basis of «FruitWorldLtd.» Agro-firm LLC that had been established in the early 2003ies.
In the same year, on the basis of financial futures the enterprise purchased the property complex of the production base "Agricultural enterprises on production of feed crops" under the Department of Agriculture and Water Economy of Bukhara region.
In 2004, the company received the status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In the period from 2005 to 2009, modernization of production within the Company, purchase and installation of manufacturing equipment for production of concentrated juice, purees and pastes manufactured by «AlbertoBertuzziSpA» (Italy), «BucherBeuer AG» (Switzerland) Companies were implemented.

The production of juices and nectars under the brand «Bliss», as well as fruit and vegetable preserves under the brand «Marinelle» was launched.

Transition of brand «BLISS» into new modern on packaging Tetra Pak Prisma. This package is present on the market to this day.
The production of juices and nectars under the «Mevajuice» brand was launched.

Restyling of Bliss packaging.
In 2015 the company purchased, installed and commissioned the third line for bottling juices and nectars in 1 litre packages of «Tetra Pak Global Distribution SA» Company (Switzerland).
One of the important features of the «AGROMIR» Group of Companies is a closed production cycle, which includes all the stages of the process - from raw material procurement to the sale of the finished product.
«AGROMIR» LLC was evaluated and certified as meeting FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION 22000 requirements in accordance with ISO / TS 22002-1.

The AGROMIR group of companies and the MARINELLE fruit and vegetable brand started offering new products in the line in 2019:

MARINELLE canned peas and canned corn contain only carefully selected whole grains, the taste of which will captivate you.
The AGROMIR group of companies expanded the juice range in the brands "BLISS" and "Meva Juice" in 2020.
The BLISS TROPIC sub-line has created its own tropical flavors:
- Mango and apple
- Passion fruit and cherry
- Banana -apple.
The trademark "Meva Juice" introduced a new line of drinks and nectars:

- The tomato
- Strawberry and lemon.
The packaging design of the "Bliss Trolls" trademark was also changed this year.
The Bliss range debuted new products in 2021.
New tropical tastes were added to the Bliss range in October of this year.

Children as young as three can enjoy these, and both toddlers and teenagers will enjoy the 200 ml and 125 ml sizes.

Halal Certification
We have received a Halal certification from the international certification body LLC "CERT International," accredited by the Ministry of Industry of the United Arab Emirates, for the current range of Bliss and Meva Juice!
We are proud that our products fully comply with Islamic law requirements, and the Halal certification confirms this.
Agromir has successfully completed another certification for food production safety. The certificate was issued by Bureau Veritas Certification. The certification scheme includes the following standards:
- FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification 22000): an international standard based on ISO 22000 and technical specifications for the food sector.
- ISO 22000:2018: a standard that sets requirements for a food safety management system, covering all organizations in the food supply chain.
- ISO TS 22002-1:2009: a technical specification that complements ISO 22000 and establishes requirements for prerequisite programs for food production.
These standards confirm that Agromir's products comply with international safety and quality requirements, ensuring high standards at all stages of production.
