Employees of the AGROMIR Group of Companies continue to confidently expand their professional horizons at the international level. Microbiologist Irina Krasilnikova, logistics manager Azamat Olimov, as well as specialists Firuz Bakhriev and Firdavs Bakhriev, successfully completed an internship at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) as part of the Erasmus+ OFINU project. The program included trainings, practical sessions, and familiarization with advanced European technologies in the field of food industry and digitalization.
During the visit, the participants mastered modern approaches to food processing, sensory analysis, and quality control methods, studied innovative packaging materials and laboratory technologies. In addition, they took part in a digitalization hackathon for the food sector, where they worked on solutions based on the Design Thinking approach and explored the potential of applying AI and IT tools in production processes.
